Palmo Collective only reimburses the warranty of the product if it is not caused by your own fault. Incorrect use or overdue maintenance are also not covered by the warranty.  All technical damage to the product falls within the 2 year warranty period.

We will repair the product free of charge if you still have the proof of purchase and the product falls within the 2 year warranty period. The return of the product is at your own expense, once the product is repaired we will send it back and no additional costs will be charged for this.

There is no legal period for repairing the product, we will therefore repair the product as quickly as possible.

Use of products

Because all items are unique, slight variations may occur. Please note there may be color variations dependant on the production batch and natural variations of the leather. For more information check our ‘’Product Care’’ to find out how you can enjoy your product to the fullest.

All payments made on www.palmocollective.com are secure, all transactions are in euros. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment via bank transfer, cheque or COD are not accepted.


Palmo Collective ensures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Palmo Collective.


Taxes & Duties

All taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

Shipping to Canary Islands does not include customs and DUA procedures. 


Palmo Collective can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
