Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to process a change or return. Send an email to info@palmocollective.com or visit our contact page explaining your request (within these 14 days).


If you want to return the product, it may not be used and be in its original packaging. You can only return a product if you still have the proof of purchase. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s). We suggest using your local postal service or a courier with tracking number to avoid any loss. Ensure your return is well packaged. Palmo Collective is not responsible for items which are damaged or lost in the return transit.


Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
