Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery of orders is via courier (MRW for Spanish delivery and DHL for international). We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.

Delivery times are:

• Spain: 1-2 Business days from dispatch of order
• EU: 3-5 Business days from dispatch of order
• International: 3-5 Business days from dispatch of order

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Shipping costs change depending on the distance/volume and are calculated automatically based on the buyer’s location.

Shipping to Canary Islands does not include customs and DUA procedures.

If your country is not listed when you are picking the order please contact our customer service team for an international shipping quote. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to process a change or return. Send an email through our contact page explaining your request (within these 14 days).
 
If you want to return the product, it may not be used and be in its original packaging. You can only return a product if you still have the proof of purchase. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s). We suggest using your local postal service or a courier with tracking number to avoid any loss. Ensure your return is well packaged. Palmo Collective is not responsible for items which are damaged or lost in the return transit.
 
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Uncollected Packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Palmo Collective.
